Processing time
- In-stock items ship within 2 business days.
- Oversold or made-to-order items ship within 7–14 business days.
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If your order includes both, we may ship it together once everything is ready.
United States
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
- Economy: FREE on orders of $75 or more
- Economy: $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb
- Economy: $19.90 for orders over 5 lb
- Standard: $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb
- Standard: $9.90 for orders over 1 lb, up to 5 lb
Orders over 5 lb ship by Economy.
We ship to PO Boxes and to APO/FPO addresses.
International
We ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
International shipping is calculated at checkout using live USPS and DHL Express rates.
Duties, taxes and tariffs. Import duties, tariffs and taxes charged on arrival are paid by the customer. Cacti Guy reviews international orders case by case and may cover a share of these costs on the shipping side.
Local pickup
Local pickup isn't generally available. Any pickup is arranged directly with us.
Lost, damaged or stolen packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email us at cactiguyllc@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the shipping carrier and send you a refund or a replacement as soon as possible.
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please let us know within 5 days of delivery (see our Refund Policy).
Address changes. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
