This website (www.cactiguy.shop) is operated by Cacti Guy LLC ("Cacti Guy," "we," "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use this site. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
3. Products and pricing
- We try to display product colors and details accurately. Screens vary, though, and we can't guarantee that what you see exactly matches the product.
- Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order (for example, in a pricing error or suspected fraud). If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.
4. Limited drops
Orders for limited drops may be cancelled and refunded if stock is unavailable.
5. Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. By placing an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy (30-day return window on eligible items; see that policy for details).
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site belongs to Cacti Guy LLC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission. This includes logos, the "Cacti Guy" and "Cactus Queen" names and designs, graphics, photos, and text.
8. User content
Any reviews, comments, or other content you submit must not be unlawful, infringing, or abusive. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in connection with the store.

We're not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our site.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Cacti Guy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
